Danielle Hall-5“The past three weeks have been life changing – not only did I lose seven pounds, but I feel more confident, have more energy, and am currently not on any medications. I have been battling postpartum anxiety for the past 6 months and about a month ago, my doctor told me I needed medication. At that point, I decided something needed to change. I wasn’t taking care of myself, I wasn’t eating properly, I was always feeling tired, and I spent most of my time taking care of my little one. I just wanted to feel normal again – I needed to change my lifestyle. I’ve been seeing Liz’s transformations on Facebook and she was so inspiring. I finally decided to message her and that was my turning point.

Liz guided me through the next 21 days. She worked out a meal plan that was well suited for me and she figured out easy and quick meals for a working mom like me.
